15 hrs and still no dock for delivery. The receiver said they will call you when they need the product from your truck, so is not by appointment and is not FCFS

There is nothing express about it. Showed up 30 min before 8pm appointment 4 hr to get a dock 3 hrs to get unloaded after dock. There's no light any where around dock to dock straight. Pitch dark. Smh. Just dock best you can

Had an appointment for noon today. Showed up at exactly noon, im now leaving fully unloaded bills in hand. Quickest I've ever been unloaded ever
