Once we made the selection, she was tremendously helpful in getting the new phone activated and info transferred over. The associate at this location was extremely patient and willing to work with me through every step even if it took four hours. They were able to provide me a phone and service for less than a month's bill with my previous provider. And they wore nothing but a smile. Very cute too”

Went in the store, and he was very accommodating. Waved his hand and it was like he was saying, come here I'll fix whatever problems you have with your phone even before I opened my mouth. Told him my problem. He took my phone and in less than 3 minutes phone was fixed.
He was knowledgeable but most importantly his demeanor was very good. He treated me the way he wanted to be treated as human being. Friendly, respectful, amazing.
Not to mention I had a very bad experience.in the same.store a year ago. More.Griffins won't hurt. It will be a plus!”

“We had an issue with my PIN when trying to purchase a new phone. Andrew was amazing. He did everything he could but the Verizon software wouldn’t work. He even offered to text me if it somehow world before they closed. That didn’t work but Curtis who helped me the next time was very helpful too. He reached out to Verizon to help them reinstate my promotion. Then he spent ample time to help get my phone transferred. So overall a super helpful staff and made the best out of bad experience with system problems.”
