“Incredible experience yesterday! My 85-year-old Mom bought a new cell phone from AT&T. But, before she could activate it, she lost it somewhere in her house... over a year ago. She finally found it and asked me to take it to AT&T so that they could activate the phone for her. One, she was embarrassed, and two, she couldn't hear the rep BECAUSE she's hard of hearing!I went into the Schaumburg store yesterday and the staff was wonderful and understanding and didn’t laugh at either myself or my Mom. I watched them troubleshoot various aspects of the phone and it was working in 22 minutes minus the 15 minutes needed to charge it so they could work on it! Incredible customer service and support..friendly and honest staff..integrity abound and they explained why they were doing the do!I guess there is "no dumb question" because I asked Alex, "is this thing supposed to talk to me like Alexa?" No...but I have been wearing my "Google Pixel" watch for six months WITHOUT it being properly connected to my Google account! The staff here "meets you where you are" in technology and teaches you how to use the equipment.. I'm a meteorologist and federal disability Advocate and I'm clueless about using cellphone technology. "Thanks, AT&T!"Feels like a future AT&T commercial...doesn't it!?”

“This is a small store and when I come here it most of the time is packed full with little to no space to move. The workers are nice they usually roam around invade if anyone needs help and are very friendly. The puzzle pieces from Rokr are my favorite part of the store. They are also quite cheap (in my opinion) and are beautiful. The selection of accessories, pens, and other items are great too.”

“Same day battery replacement on a Pixel 5, ended up with a problem with something shorting the device when the bottom of the screen was touched. They found the problem and fixed that too very fast. While I was there both times they were helping others with small problems without hassle or charge. Great people, good repair process!”

He didn't have to spend two hours just to get a transfer pin so we could transfer to a different wireless company but he went the extra mile anyhow ! Amazing person! “My iPad screen cracked for no reason.There was no apple care on my iPad so I just visited there to know why the screen was broken.When I made an appointment, one of the staff told me that the warranty doesn’t cover the iPad screen so I was waiting for the repair team without any expectation for compensation.Despite visiting on walk-in, I was able to meet the repair team in 5 minutes!The repair team found a way to get an exchange for me even I didn’t have apple care. So now I’m waiting for the replacement because they don’t have that iPad in-stock.I could feel that the staff were doing their best to help me.Super fast work process, friendly staffHighly recommended?+ I got a replacement and the model number starts with M so I believe its not refurbished unit”
