Giovanni went over and beyond and kept checking the system for me to find my battery so I couldn’t warranty it out. On other hand the supervisor/manager on duty kept brushing me off and rather had argued with me while Giovanni kept digging to find my battery in the system so I couldn’t warranty it out.
