They had a bunch of dead fish in their tank. There's better pet supply stores in the area with much better selection of pretty much everything. The employees don't go out of their way to offer help.

i live about 45 mins from this location but i always make sure to stop by when i’m visiting my parents. the selection is great, store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to help if i need it!

This is a sad excuse for a Pet Grooming Salon. I wish there were zero stars!!! I will NEVER have my pups groomed again at this salon location. ? They are very unfriendly and super greedy. The pet grooming is horrible! They don't listen to your instructions and charge you extra for every little thing. I Hate this place! Never again will they get my hard-earned money! Don't waste your time or money visiting this location with their so-called pet grooming. Lousy grooming. They Suck!!!!

Pet Supplies Plus in Streamwood is a great store. It’s my go to store for my Cat food and supplies. Val is my favorite staff member at this store. She’s always professional and friendly to me. Thanks Val ?

Don’t bring your senior dogs to get groomed here! Brought my 16 year old dog to the grooming salon. She has a hard time standing for a long time due to arthritis. It was just a wash, brushing and nail trim and groomers in the past have done this while she laid down with no problem. I got a call 10 minutes in that I needed to pick her up because they basically didn’t want to deal with it. Senior dogs deserve to be groomed too! I took her to the self wash station and washed her while she laid down without complication ? just wish she could’ve gotten a good professional brushing and nail trim. Wish there were more accommodations for all kinds of dogs, especially since arthritis is very common!

About the week of June 24th I was picking up my weekly order and was taken care of by Giana. She had a leg brace on, was obviously in pain, they appeared short handed. I felt awful for this young lady who had no help. I hope she is well.

My daughter found a small rabbit next to our house. We had no experience in raising rabbits, and it was hard to leave a rabbit that was just five days old. I went to them, and honestly, the people working there were extremely polite, and their smiles made me feel safe. They helped me, and I bought things for the little rabbit, and it is still alive.

The worst store and employees... theyre expression shows they dont like theyre jobs ... ordered my dog food online and never received notification that it's not available or if it's ready when I arrived at 8:55 pm the girl Madalyn refused to open door and cashier didn't bother looking for my food because they stated they were close my phone and iwatch said 8:55 pm they if I had gotten an email I would have gone elsewhere to get my dogs food earlier ... I thought doors closed at 9PM I stated my dogs had no food and the girl just shrugged her shoulders ..
What excellent customer service they have ...

This lady that works there snapped at me for nothing I asked do you have feeder rats because I didn't say frozen she got snappy we don't support live feeders there in the back and wouldn't even check me out made me wait to get checked out
