Best public storage ever and it’s safe

Booked my storage online received confirmation. Rented a truck loaded it and went to the put my furniture in the storage space. Could not get in, the kiosk was helpful I’ll give them the star. After two attempts to get in with two different calls through the kiosk I got in. Drive to my storage locker to find the locker filled with someone else’s belongings. Went back ti the kiosk and was told they had no more space. I had to scramble and find another storage space for a higher price and delayed in returning the truck now charges more money. What a joke this place has become! They’ll refund my money but that of course will take time. Don’t trust that you will have a place for your belongings, check everything out way ahead of time and don’t let your move day fall on a weekend when no one answers the customer service line.
Update: Money was refunded right away. Issue was resolved but was left in a tough spot in the moment. Was offered a larger storage spot at the same price but declined d/t those who were also offered this option only to have the higher price of the space go up. Thanks but no thanks

Was good! Prices have doubled in 2 years. A couple times the heat was obviously off in the climate controlled area so I have to wonder how often it is off. Customer service is a very frustrating. Everything is off site and when you get ahold of someone they can’t help.

Horrible place. Darren is very unprofessional unappropriated very creepy with women and kids. I felt very unsafe with this man being there never never go there by yourself if you are a women.PLEASE CALL POLICE IF YOU NEED TO GO THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN AND DONT GO THERE AT NIGHT TRUST ME HE’S THERE WAITING…..

Never seem to be ACTUALLY open on the weekends. Supposed be open by 9:30am. Funny how there's never any signs indicating someone is on lunch or if the place is open or closed...
