We’ve been parking here since 2007 and so far we never had any issues . With this new management everything became better. They’re responsible and receptive. The transition was really and easy and things are getting better. Actually looking forward to all the changes they’re doing to the place.

I have been parking here for a few months. They took a $25 deposit for the key (in case we lost it) and a deposit for one month rent ($180). We have been calling Steve to get our deposit back and he refuses to give our deposit back. It has been over two months since we have parked there. Steve refuses to even talk to me. Everytime I call him, he hangs up on me. Do not do business with these unethical people.

Just saw the post, that is why this is "late". So sorry to hear of your challenges. We have 42 WORKING cameras on the property which run 24 X 7 X 365. We make every effort to work with all tenants and Police Departments by reviewing video and producing thumb drives for analysis and court.
