I had my nails done no chip on Saturday and by Wednesday 3 of my nails had chipped. I called to see what their policy was the lady said “what are you doing” mind you I have a desk job. I went in to get them fixed, as I was walking out the lady said you have to pay us minimum $8… I paid them, but you should never have to pay for getting your nails fixed for something they did wrong 😣 for the record one of the nails that was re-fixed chipped and broke that same day

I have been visiting the ladies at Sue Ann nails for over a decade and have always been very pleased. I usually get a mani/pedi (no gel or dip). They do a great job cleaning up the cuticles and making sure the nails are properly clipped and won’t get ingrown. They have great precision with the polish and I am always wowed by the beautiful result. Prices are reasonable and you can typically either walk in or get an appointment the same day. Highly recommend this neighborhood treasure.

I came here in search of a salon to replace my existing one, because I've grown tired of not getting consistent results. That was a mistake. I asked for dip service and was assigned the the tech that, I was told, was the only one who performed dip. She looked at my nails and suggested I get a protective layer instead. What was implied is not what I received. Instead she did an acrylic overlay, that was thick and unshapely. My nails looked so horrific I was embarrassed for anyone to look at them. Never again will I come here.

Went for a no chip
Manicure and pedicure this morning. Pedicure was good but the no chip was awful ?. I asked to have my nails short and have all my nails even. I also wanted them round shape. I went home to look at them and yes they were short and even but I don’t know ?♀️ what shape they are. They also did not cover my nails and the tips of the nail with the color I chose. Place was not clean and they spoke in their own language without asking me how I was doing or even if I liked the color. Lastly I called to get pricing for both services and was told they were $30 each and when I went to pay I was charged $70. When I asked they said it was $5 each for removing the existing polish. I will never ? go back to Sue Ann’s Pro Nails! The experience was awful ?!

My girl Lee always gets me right. I only go to her for my pedis and she thoroughly cleans and shapes my nails. Leaving them looking beautiful after every visit!

Constantly overbooking themselves… Was a regular client for months but they cancelled an appointment I had with no notice for a very important event. Decided to give them another try but things are clearly the same. Appointments do not have priority here.

I called and made an appointment for my daughter. I asked how much it would be. They told me that it would be $35.00. When I got there I asked to pay before they started and they told me it was $40.00. This is the reason that I asked to pay up front because they always want to upcharge everything. I reminded them that 30 minutes earlier they had told me that it would be $35.00.I left my daughter there to run some errands. When I picked her up she told me that the tech told her that she was too picky and that next time she should not come back.I called to confirm this and the tech told me that my daughter was too picky. I reminded her that paying customers have a right to ask questions and make reasonable requests. I can not believe how unprofessional the service was.We will never go back and neither will our friends and family.
