This is the absolute worst location. No one knows how to do anything and no one is even willing to try. The last 3 times I've went, I've had the worst customer service. Shame because it used to be my favorite location. All new employees and must be new management

GO TO DIFFERENT T-MOBILE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!! The assistant managers and staff are extremely under trained and provide misinformation. They have no regard for the inconveniences they cause people. Stephanie has ZERO idea what she was talking about. If you're forced to visit this location, steer clear of her. Honestly, just try another location in the area. There's a ton nearby. This one just raises your blood pressure with lies and unhelpfulness.

Tyler was amazing and offered great customer service. My mom did not understand everything and Tyler is bilingual in Spanish he made sure to explain everything to her she felt very included in everything.

Walked in today at 1:30 PM to cancel our T-Mobile plan. Was greeted by a short chubby Hispanic sales lady & she lied and said she cannot help us cancel our plan & that we had to contact T-Mobile customer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Tyler takes advantage of you and lies! Don’t believe him when he says something is free. Its not its bundled in to up sale. Then he conveniently forgets to apply the promotion and you are charged double. Avoid Jackie his manager as well as she is worthless.. If i could put negative stars i would.For some reason i cant reply to the response from the Tmobile manger… but its funny how im not the only person who wrote a review saying the same things.. seems to be a store problem since there’s multiple negative reviews.. jackie how about you take owner ship for how your employees are taking advantage of customers… i called tmobile customer service and the representative even said i was not the only customer to call and complain about your store.. do better and stop scamming people…

Fiancé went in to upgrade his phone. He has a Samsung galaxy note 20. Paid $54 a month for the phone for 24 months. Just paid it off in November 2022. He went in to trade it in (7/3/23) and the low ball offer he was given was $130 measily dollars. What a joke. He went into the store without me. I didn’t find any of this out until he got home and I checked the receipt, I called the store so upset and said I would literally go there now and pay them the $130 and take the phone back. Upon realizing he didn’t fully back up the phone, there are memories (pics and videos) lost forever because of this. Anyway.. not a happy experience, low ball offer. Don’t bother trading in a phone, they don’t give you what the phone is actually worth. This phone used at Walmart goes for at least $400. So sad.
