I went into target to get some things for baking cookies, I had my cart full of everything I needed. The prices were decent enough, but then I remembered how woke target had become. I abandoned my full cart in the dairy department, where I couldn't let the milk just sit in my cart to spoil do I put it back in the cooler.

It's target. Depending on which side of town you are on you could be at a super target or a small one. Also, be mindful of parking, so have garage parking which can be a challenge getting in and out of with the city.

Drive up took forever. They said I needed to go inside to get my order. Do not recommend this store.

Today I went it to casually shop because I had gone mainly to pickup my online order which was placed 2 hours before going. Anyways I grab my groceries and happen to grab an impulse item off shelf, it was caramel popcorn. Anyways, I took it to self checkout and the item called for store associate so the lady came and she is unable to get price so I offer help and say I can go take a picture of item on shelf with price, she agreed. I come back with picture and show it or her YET she continues to call for price check (I mean If you had to get it check then why make me waste my time to check with phone) so she ONLY ended up changing because someone on the phone okayed it, anyways. That wasn't it!!! I then proceed to go pickup my Xbox controller I show my barcode to scan to pickup and the girl just disappears for 10 mins. There is a whole line forming behind me now for returns because this is done at guest services. More store associates get called to help those guests and I'm just standing there waiting. 15 mins pass by and the girl comes and goes we can't find item because we moved everything. Now I'm wondering WHY does the app say it's ready if it wasn't. Anyways, I continue to be patient and I asked the girl so should I cancel my order since you guys have 6 in stock and it would of been quicker for me to just purchase it anyways. She then makes me wait a bit more then tells me to cancel it. The app doesn't let me cancel, so she goes on her end and cancels it. Then tells me okay I'm going to ring you. So I'm like alright so I just go to electronics and grab a new Xbox controller. Then she goes oh it's right here. Now I'm wondering why the F Did they make me cancel my order if it's right there. Anyways I still continue to be patient and agree to purchase. The item now comes wrong price. Instead of 139 it's coming as 189. So I show the sale price online. I also wanted to get Allstate protection plan so I said hey can I add there. Here is where she gets confused and goes "no this system is not letting me" so I finally get frustrated and give up and let the girl know to keep it cancelled and I just left wasting over an hour of my time today. I will also be cancelling my Credit card here because there isn't much savings, You can save the same amount on a regular CC with perks. Also you can't use that target credit card anywhere. Todays experience makes me question everything at target. Target is just a dull experience no one should have. Maybe it's just this location but I'm out! Peace!

The absolute best staff. The team is always so friendly, timely with drive up orders and engaging. The store is always clean, sometimes not stocked, but that is understandable. The checkout is always pleasant and the employees seem genuine in their interaction. The same management or employees are seen and that's reassuring that staff enjoys it there. Great selection of groceries and goodies! Thank you Target team for everything, you all helped me get through the pandemic!

Turned away from Starbucks for no mask. What a shame. I'll be happy to take my money elsewhere.

I experienced the worst customer service at the Schaumburg Target. The manager is a horrible person and speaks to customers with such disrespect! I normally like Target but the manager at the service desk makes every customer feel like Crap! - how does Target employ such arrogant rude people and on top of it make them a manager!!! The manager name is Hannah - even the gals at Service desk didn't want to deal with her. I won't be shopping at this Target ever again.

I bought the Epson printer for $200, it never worked one single time. Spent weeks trying to figure out how to make it work . Returned it roughly two months later and target return policy said it must be returned in less than 30 days. Now I'm out $200 for something that's no my fault. Also, according to target, most items are 90 day return policies. This really left a bad taste in my mouth.

The staff here are definitely prioritizing health and safety and that makes me feel so comfortable shopping here. They're so kind and helpful, especially Erika - when I'm shopping and I see her working the checkout lines I honestly get so excited! She's fast, sweet and great at her job! Thanks to everyone at Streamwood Target!

They have no idea what happens with online orders. They cancel them and just leave you hanging. This is literally the worst experience I've had with target. Will never do business like this again

Just moved 4 months ago and this location is right across the street from me. This location is hit or miss and the last few visits have been misses. If you have to go to target, i recommend the Hoffman Estates location 5min down 59 towards Barrington.

If I could give a 0 stars review or negative stars review I would. Cassidy the store director there tonight should be beyond ashamed of himself for the treatment of a 69 year old man. He did have his mask on, just not pulled up over his nose. The man was trying to explain to Cassidy that he has breathing problems and can not pull the mask over his nose. And signs everywhere do say if you do have medical conditions (like COPD like the gentleman was explaining to him) you do not have to even wear one. I am on board with the masks, but if someone has a MEDICAL CONDITION they are to be exempt. As the gentleman was trying to explain, Cassidy told him "the whole staff has to wear them everyday and they can breathe just fine" and proceeded tell him to put the items on the shelf next to him and get out of "his store." And as he was escorting the older gentleman out of the store he was REPEATEDLY telling him "my name is Cassidy if you'd like to call corporate on me." Why mock the situation? Why act like a smug j*** on a power trip? That is NOT customer service or the attitude a store director should have. It was disgusting. So I walked through the store, took pictures of the SEVERAL employees NOT wearing masks over their noses, and also other shopping customers that were also allowed. I will be sending the pictures of employees to Corporate. Cassidy is by far an AWFUL example to "direct" other associates to respect customers and teach them customer service. I am truly disgusted

Went today to grocery shop. Because it was before opening at 7:00 AM, we stood outside. There were red X marks on the sidewalk to indicate where to stand. Inside, freshly sanitized carts were waiting at the entrance along with employees wearing face masks. Aisles are marked with arrows to promote one way traffic so that you don't have to pass close to any other customers. We found everything we needed except for our favorite brand of strawberry jam. Checkouts have plexiglass to protect the cashier. All employees were wearing masks and customers are required to wear them, too. If you don't have one, one will be provided. It was nice to see the safety measures and care taken after experiencing utter chaos with no regard for safety measures taken by customers and rules not enforced at another local grocery store. Thank you, Target!

If can go zero, definitely would. Customer service absolutely horrible. Head of security is a joke and front end employees have no clue what they are doing. Do not go there, not worth your money.
