Spoke to Michelle initially and basically she gave her input and chatted while I just decided to get my car in without further issues as my car was miss-firing and wasn't looking good. Left the car with AW and Michelle even gave me a ride back home so I wasn't paying for a ride. They called back with the details and also contacted my warranty provider to assist with everything and had the car ready promptly and back in order. Got to meet and speak with Jim for quite a bit and they were all very knowledgeable and experienced and very as down to earth and informative as could be.
