Do not book a storage because if things come up and you change your mind 1-2 days later even if u never used the storage you will not get any refund. Worry because things happen and now they can change someone else for that storage u never used they are getting double and over people

I was told the floor the storage unit was in was climate controlled. It is NOT. They are fraudulent when advertising. In the winter it's cold and in the summer it's unbearable. When I brought it up to their attention, they said I can either move units or move out. Mind you we had two 10x15 storage units.
Don't let them fool you by saying corporate sets rates or makes any changes - they do everything out of their facility. If they bring corporate up - ask for the corporate number.

I had a great experience with U-Stor-It thanks to Santiago! He went above and beyond by showing me multiple unit options and walking me through the pricing for each. I wasn’t sure what size I needed, and he was patient and helpful, even offering to hold a few units for me while I made a decision. Santiago followed up with me and made sure I was completely satisfied with the space I chose. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and professional.
