I tried to return two identical things to Amazon via UPD. They gave me one return code, probably because it was the same order and they were identical items. The guy at the store said he needed two codes and refused to take the return. I can't create codes on my own. He told me to call Amazon and get a second code, or he could tape the boxes together and treat it as one item, but that I would have to pay for the piece of tape. Really, you can't spare a piece of tape? Other UPS stores would do it.

This store is ran by the owners where the idea is to how to get as much money they can get out of you the minute you walk in. Even for amazon drop offs, they want to charge you $1 to print a label. They tried to force me put two items of return inside their box and wanted to sell one box for $7 dollars. lol Total scam facility and poorly managed and UPS doesn't care how their name gets ruined. Never to go back to this facility again.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Owner is a complete scammer. They will conveniently loose expensive equipment and not provide any help whatsoever with tracking said equipment. Seems their Google reviews confirm they're notorious for this. Will be reporting to BBB and attorney General office.

I mentioned printing only certain pages but the whole document got printed, but Ali was really helpful and only charged me for the pages I wanted. Five stars for Ali, for taking care of my request so professionally.

Just another UPS store with great customer service. Just one negative is because how popular they are often times there are lines . Been using them for years never lost or damage package. Thanks for being part of community.
