Recently visited this UPS store for some of my shipping needs. Yash was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They assured me that my package would get to the destination safely and within my time window.

I recently visited this UPS store for shipping, and they helped me find the perfect box and packing. The shipping cost is also much better than the other stores .The staff were polite and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this store for all your shipping and return needs. Also, I was not aware of how to return to Amazon. They helped me find a return code also .?

We have a UPS Store within 3 mins of our house at Bartlett road… but I always go out of our way (15 mins drive) because I absolutely love this store! Andy (Andrew) & Yash are the best!
We recently renovated our house, and there were so many Amazon packages to return (chaos and madness of remodeling), and I had to do it with my little kids. The staff was always patient, kind, and so helpful! Particularly Andy (or Andrew…sorry I can’t remember. I’ll find out next time and edit the review). He was always helpful, happy, and kind - with a flustered, anxiety-stricken mom of kids with a 6 month long home reno… baby at her heels at home, purchases to keep track of and countless packages that didn’t work out - to be returned. There were some purchases that had labels, most didnt, some the amazon return app was getting wrong, etc.
Thank you for being kind and patient and having great customer service, and for being a trusted business. It definitely is the reason people like me will go even out of their way to come to you.

The people who work there are very helpful, Every time I go to the store, they assist me in packing all my stuff very patiently .This service is also more cost-effective than FedEx.

I can't say enough good things about this UPS store! I've returned countless Amazon packages here, and every time, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They never make me feel awkward or ashamed about the number of returns I have. The atmosphere is always upbeat and positive, making each visit a pleasant experience. Their consistent friendliness and efficiency truly set them apart. Amazing, amazing, amazing service! Highly recommend!

Employee had trouble finding my package which was delivered there 20 minutes before. Even worse, was charged $5 to pick up my package. I picked up shipments there previously using it as an UPS access point and was never changed before.
