“I highly recommend Streamwood animal hospital. My 19 yr old cat was diagnosed with a aggressive cancer, our family brought him in for a final goodbye, we were taken to a special room, the table was draped with a pet bed on top. The lamp was put on and even a orchid on the table. We were told to take our time and to push the button when we were ready . The doctor gave the final goodbye injection. It was a hard, tearful time, but the Dr..staff and the soothing room were so comforting to us. We left with heavy hearts, but thankful to them for being so kind and caring. Thanking them again. “Dr. Butler and the whole team at Barrington make me feel like my cat’s health and well being are their number one priority. Whether it’s an emergency visit, or a well check, the staff are responsive to my questions and doing what is best for my cat. The staff excels at putting cats at ease. Mr. Buxco loves Dr. Butler so much he’s actually head butted her! Before finding Barrington, I had tried a number of vets in the Chicago area and felt that they did not treat Mr. Buxco with the care he deserves. At Barrington, from the waiting room to the patient room and all the way to the follow up emails and calls, Dr. Butler and the rest of the team at Barrington listen to my concerns, pay attention to my cats symptoms, and work to keep Mr. Buxco feeling his best!!! “I have been taking my Bernedoodle puppy to Cleveland Vet Clinic for a just under a year now (July 2025 - Feb 2026 and beyond), and please believe me when I tell you that they have taken such compassionate, wonderful care of him since he came into my life at 3 months old. He’s now 10 1/2 months and I couldn’t be more pleased with their care.
Their hours are convenient for all working people since they are open til 8pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays, and, when they say they will call you back with info or an answer to your question, THEY WILL ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK! The same night!
All the staff, techs, and doctors are fantastic at what they do; they are friendly and welcoming (thankfully ??) to new pet parents like myself, and graciously guided me every step of the way, which helped me make sure I was doing everything for my puppy on time and to the best of my ability so I could keep him happy and healthy!
Obviously I tried to learn as much as I could on my own before getting my baby ??, but there really is no substitute for the opportunity to ask questions and draw on the knowledge/experience of the medical professionals at Cleveland Vet Clinic.
My puppy Luca will be a patient here for years to come!!
P.S.A‼️— to the ?REPTILE LOVERS?out there searching here, there, and are feeling like they’ve looked EVERYWHERE for a qualified doctor, Cleveland has a VET WHO SEES EXOTIC PETS!

“All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are better than other veterinarians, as far as I can tell. Their basic yearly plan pays for itself within 3 visits, which is a great value! It's nice not having to pay for an appointment fee when my cat gets sick or has issues. As with any medical practice, I'd still say to do what you can to save money because typically what the professionals want you to pay for through them you can get for cheaper by yourself or by trying another method altogether, but this practice at least readily provides prices when asked and do not seem to be bothered when patients ask for them, unlike some places that seem to think asking about how much we'll have to pay is rude. They have empathy and you can tell they are real people with their own bills who understand their patients have a valid worry about costs. Their new location also seems to be much nicer and roomier!”
“Before I moved to AZ, I brought my animals here. I can't say enough about Dr. Kuhn and his staff. You just don't see doctors like him anymore. He's more concerned about the animals wellbeing than about the money. Truly a gift from God, to and for the animals. I've said many many times that I wish there were more like him.”

“My wife and I had the chance to see Dr. Kroll for a second opinion after getting mixed messages from our other vet. Not only is Dr. Kroll knowledgeable, but very experienced and thorough. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to the multiple vet techs were very kind and organized. Our tech, Hope, was also compassionate in dealing with our dog. You can tell that the people who work there are true professionals that love animals. Highly recommend them as a primary care veterinary clinic!”

“I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them”
“My wife and I switched to Forest View Animal Hospital a few years ago, back when they were still located off Huntington Road in Hoffman Estates. One of the main reasons we made the change was because it had become nearly impossible to get our dog, Winston (a 7.5-year-old Cockapoo), into our previous veterinary office.
From day one, Forest View has been incredibly accommodating — from the front desk staff, to our primary veterinarian, and especially the office manager, Suji Kim. Winston used to shake uncontrollably and practically beg to leave our former vet’s office, but now he is genuinely excited to go to Forest View and see his new “friends.”
We’ve been going to Forest View for several years and even followed them to their new location off Golf and Barrington Road, despite it being 10–15 minutes farther for us. That alone says a lot. They greet and treat Winston like he’s one of their own. They consistently do their best to accommodate last-minute appointment requests, and if they can’t, they always offer realistic options in the near future.
Their pricing is reasonable, and they’ve proactively suggested ways for us to save money on future care Winston may need. Winston was our “kid before the kids,” so his health and safety mean everything to us. Forest View Animal Hospital has gone above and beyond to provide that level of care, and Suji Kim is truly the best.”

“Been going to Harper animal for over 23 years. I prefer a smaller clinic less Drs and they listen to our needs and wants for our dogs protections. Staff is always great. Other larger clinics have done a disservice to our dogs in the past and almost killed our dog giving our little chihuahua too many vaccines all at once.”
“I have not recently been as impressed as I was with Roselle Animal Hospital. We recently adopted a six month old puppy. Tragically, he pushed open the back door and when called home, he ran directly into a moving car and lost his life. The people at the hospital, Doctor to receptionist, could not have been nicer or more compassionate to us. They certainly went above and beyond for a new patient. In a world full of conflict, what a blessing it is to find good, caring people.”

“We have only lived in Illinois for a bit over a year and recently switched from another veterinarian to Village Animal Clinic in Carol Stream. Took our sweet Marley in for some odd coughing and wheezing the other day and she was diagnosed with Bronchitis/Kennel Cough. We have no idea how she got it as she was up to date on shots and is never with other dogs other than her sister. They gave her fluids, did an x-ray to make sure it was not worse than suspected and medications for home. The following day, they texted to check in on her and it was so much appreciated. We finally found our home!!! Thank you so much for being such an amazing office!!”

“My dog had TPLO surgery at a vet in Chicago and then we came out here for her post surgery care and rehab. The vet was knowledgeable and kind, super great communication and explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave me her email in case I had more questions or needed to contact her directly. Also they provide tons of rehab services in house so I was able to plan out and schedule a bunch of different types of treatment really easily. Highly recommend!”
