Then I met this amazing young lady Jordan at the pet store in South Barrington. She could’ve not been sweeter And really talked about this doctor’s office. She gave me the doctor that she really liked and let me tell you she was spot on. From the moment I walked in To the clinic, the receptionist was beyond wonderful, and of course Jordan came in and took such good care of me and my puppy. Meeting the doctor was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain so many things to me, and I was able to express my concerns without feeling bad.She truly put my mind at ease.! From the initial call, getting a next day appointment, to showing up and having my pups appointment everyone has been so amazing at this place. Dr. Maas and Nico were great, both were very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, my pup felt at ease and no signs of being nervous or distressed. Dr. Maas looked through the paperwork I had and saw something was recently completed and pointed it out to me. Which really said a lot, and further solidified the trust I have in her and Knoll as a whole. As much as I hope I don't have to visit often, my dog and I definitely look forward to going back to Knoll whenever needed and seeing the top notch staff. “Could not have possibly had a better experience with Dr. Cook and his team. My five year old cat Pesto was having some serious health issues and needed an endoscopy. I was so lost with where to take her and am so glad I landed here. Not only was the price extremely fair for the procedure, but they were able to get Pesto in within a week. After weeks of going to various clinics and receiving many veterinary opinions (several of which did not make much sense), Dr. Cook was the first vet who I felt was giving me sound, logical theories about what was going on with Pesto without trying to grab extra money. After biopsies, we found out that Pesto has IBD and she has been responding exceptionally well to a dietary change ever since. I am so grateful for the care that Dr. Cook and his team provided - they were very thorough and they were all soooo sweet to my girl. She is generally not on her best behavior at the vet but this staff made her feel very at ease. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Thank you guys SO much!”

Tragically, he pushed open the back door and when called home, he ran directly into a moving car and lost his life. The people at the hospital, Doctor to receptionist, could not have been nicer or more compassionate to us. They certainly went above and beyond for a new patient. In a world full of conflict, what a blessing it is to find good, caring people.”

I brought in my three month old kitten Serenity for a wellness exam, tags, and rabies vaccination. The visit was great! Dr Ciura was amazing along with all the techs and front staff I have encountered with my kitten. Serenity didn’t hiss once. I’ve had two visits in the past month and both visits went well. I would highly recommend this vet clinic. They explain everything to you to make sure your pet is healthy and well. “We have only lived in Illinois for a bit over a year and recently switched from another veterinarian to Village Animal Clinic in Carol Stream. Took our sweet Marley in for some odd coughing and wheezing the other day and she was diagnosed with Bronchitis/Kennel Cough. We have no idea how she got it as she was up to date on shots and is never with other dogs other than her sister. They gave her fluids, did an x-ray to make sure it was not worse than suspected and medications for home. The following day, they texted to check in on her and it was so much appreciated. We finally found our home!!! Thank you so much for being such an amazing office!!”

We were looking for last minute and hospice care for our senior pup and you could just tell in talking to them that there was no judgment and only support and kindness. You don't get that from all vets. We ended up needing to cancel the appt at the last moment and they kindly refunded the deposit (which they absolutely did not need to do). I wish we were a tad closer, but we would have driven the distance to see them. I hope others can utilize their care.”

Dr. Jean Churon took care of my Great Dane, Moose, over a decade ago, and I still think about how wonderful she was with him. Moose was a big, gentle giant, but like a lot of Great Danes, he could get anxious at the vet. Dr. Churon had such a natural, calm way with him. She took the time to let him get comfortable instead of rushing the exam, and it made all the difference. He genuinely seemed to trust her, which wasn't something he offered easily to strangers. It's rare to find a vet who's not only skilled but also has that intuitive touch with giant breeds, who need a little extra patience and a gentle hand. Dr. Churon gave us both. Even all these years later, I still remember how much better we felt walking out of her office knowing Moose was in good hands. Highly recommend her to anyone with a large or anxious dog — she made a real difference for us.”
