I would be cautious going to this shop as I believe they were dishonest with us in changing the rear brakes of my Volkswagen Jetta 2010. I work from home and barely drive my car and had my rear brakes changed with them July 16 2021. I shouldn’t have any problems with my rear brakes. However this summer it has started giving issues like grinding noises. I just took the back left brake and rotor apart and nothing was lubricated and everything cut and rusted which leads me to believe they didn’t change my left rear back brakes and rotor bc my guess is they couldn’t take it apart bc no noticeable signs that they were replaced and I myself had a hard time taking it apart. The back right are fine which they replaced and looks new but this shop charged me for both rotors and brake pads for left and the left side wasn’t changed. Luckily I keep my receipts but I would be cautious make sure they do their job or supervise as they replace.

I’ve been taking my truck here for at least the last 3 years now and have loved the outcome every time. Vic has always been fair and informative of what’s going on with your vehicle and explains everything. I recommended his shop to my dad and he started taking his truck there too. A little expensive, but worth it. Victor explains extensively the problems and solutions of the vehicle, always showing the parts that were replaced. very honest person. I highly recommend it.

I’ve never had such terrible service from the people answering the phone. Both the man and woman who I talked to were incredibly rude and impatient even though I was trying to be kind to them. I’ve never had such an awful experience. I’m sorry if anyone else has to speak with them.

Victor is such a true person. He tells you what you need. Fair priced. Doesn't screw around. He will never sell you what you dont need. Trust me my Father was a Mechanic for many years. He will never let you down. Not many like him around.
