I've been getting my nails done here for over a year and have never once been disappointed. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and accommodatingâespecially when it comes to my disability. They go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable, and their pricing is always fair.
I was surprised to see a negative review, as that has not been my experience at all. In fact, I overheard the conversation she had with the staff, and they were being very reasonable.
Unfortunately, that client came at them aggressively and said some mean things that were completely uncalled for.
This place has consistently gone above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
I highly recommend Laura if you ever stop in!

I had to leave a star to leave a comment. This place is a joke. The owners violate American Disability Act. Wanted to charge me the same price for a pedicure when I cannot get one done on one foot due to open wounds and a severe health issues I need not explain here. I have never been treated so poorly. Please DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH HORRIBLE PEOPLE LIKE THIS. THE SHOUKD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. THAT EAS MEAN AND CAN BE SUED FOR THIS.
Getting your nails done is about feeling beautiful. I have never had anyone make me feel this bad. GO ANYWHERE ELSSE!!! I AM REPORTING THEM. CANCEL VIP NAILS!!!! I HOPE YOU ALL DO THE RIGHT THING AND SHUT THEM DOWN.

Super nice staff!!!! Went in there with my mom and she really loved that they spoke Spanish and took there time with her pedicure. Most places rush and donât do a great job. We will definitely be coming back soon

Terrible place. I took my daughter for a fun day. Neither one of us speaks Spanish and of course itâs two ladies and I get a lady that only speaks Spanish. I asked for a special design. Not one finger matches. It took 2 1/2 hours to have my nails filled in with a designed no commutation no TV to listen too. I was falling to sleep. I have been getting my nails done 20+ yrs remind you, two days later I light a candle. I hear crackle noise my husband says um dear your finger is un fire. My nail caught on fire. I attached a picture. I didnât even think about taken a picture of the thumb when it was unfire until I filed it down. But you can still see the mark it left. Since new ownership the place is terrible STAY AWAY! Chemicals are flammable

I like my nails but this place is super slow with they services this is my first and last time coming here they was sweet but time wise they are horrible arrived at 11 left at 2:30

Love love and I have been to a lot of salons. This is the best one in all the northwest villages outside of Chicago! If you want your nails done to perfection PERFECTION then please come support this local business! I have truly found a diamond! Could not be happier with their options and with the quality and with the friendliness of their staff! I wish they were more salon like this where you actually get your moneys worth! And oh by the way, the prices are so reasonable! I am so thrilled could not be happier. I am devoted DEVOTED to this salon, VIP nails in Streamwood!

First Time Experience was great. Did not need an appointment my first time there. Went today and was told I needed an appointment when there is a big sign on the window that says walk ins welcome. You lost a customer today!
