Waited on the phone for the pharmacy for 1 hour 6 minutes to be told they needed to contact my doctor. My doctor is the one who called in the Rx!!! Incompetent!

Waited 2 hours on the phone just for them to answer and click without saying a word. Worse and slow pharmacy to get prescriptions sent to.

They ALWAYS tell you your meds are going to be ready at a certain time just to get you off their back and then it’s never actually ready at that time. Be more accountable!
