I got an automated text from them with their address and when I clicked it it brought me to the wrong one. They need to add the city in their alerts. I finally get to the right one and the kid at the window says he can't update my insurance because I need my "rx card" from the insurance not just my insurance card. I was so flustered and tired that I just went home. When I got home I looked at my insurance card that I had given him and sure enough the rx info WAS on there. I drove all the way back the next day and got my prescriptions and as the girl was extending the bin with my credit card and prescriptions my credit card falls out and she walked away so I tried to open my car door, but the bin was still stuck out so I waited for her to come back and she didn't... Ended up having to reverse to get out and pick it up. This job is not hard and yet two separate people made my experience sh!t. Never going back.

If I could give zero stars I would this Walgreens is extremely rude! The pharmacy will repeatedly hang up on you. Not to mention they will tell you your prescriptions will be ready by a certain time then you go still in the line and just to find out they didn't even fill it. And they fill prescriptions that you've repeatedly told them you can't take yet they continually switch the prescriptions back to the old ones. And yet make them both as filled.

Needs to be a 24 hour store because that's how long you wait in line at the pharmacy. Make an 11 o'clock appointment for a flu shot and watch 3 people who showed up after you go in before you and if you're lucky you might be done by noon. Have a confirmation that your prescription is ready and want to go through the drive thru? Better make sure you have a full tank of gas in your car or you're going to run out of gas while waiting. Get a REFILL on medication you've been taking for months, wait in line at the drive thru, then wait longer to talk to the pharmacist on their speaker that sounds like it's underwater who's first question is "Have you taken this medication before?" then they proceed to tell you about all the side affects and possible issues through a speaker that sounds like it's still on the Titanic FOR A REFILL!!

I ordered a print, and when I came to pick it up, they handed me an empty frame in a box. On my way out, I opened the box to check the quality and noticed there was no picture. I walked back to the associate and said where's the picture? He told the person working on it didn't finish, and he didn't realize. He asked her to come over and finish up, she said "we're occupied right now, can you come tomorrow." As I'm writing this review, there's no one in the store with the exception of me and the two associates. Very disappointed... If you can't fulfill an order, don't lure customers in with false advertisements; also, your team needs customer service training ASAP. I'm not including any names as it seems to be the culture of the store and one person shouldn't take the hit and everyone should be trained/retrained.she ended up printing the photo for me and the results came out crooked because she was in a hurry to get me out. more training is definitely needed at this location.

This location is the absolute worst I've ever been to. I recently moved so I had to change the pharmacy I go to. I don't know what the problem is but I have always had to wait at least 20 minutes for my prescription because of how terribly SLOW they are. Most of the time I'm waiting even longer than 20 minutes. You're better off going literally anywhere else.

The pharmacy line is ALWAYS long. They shouldnt be doing covid tests in the drive thru!! Making everyone wait for a covid test when people just need to get their prescription!

I placed a 1 hour photo order this evening and the order was over 250 pictures so the pick up time was posted as 11:20 am tomorrow-not at all surprised I called the store and spoke to Kimberly, and explained I was putting photos together for my father in law's wake, told her I understood what a large order we had however anything they could do to improve the order time would be most appreciated even if it was an hour sooner. She was so kind on the phone and said she would pass the information on to the photo department...well- she sure did! Maria from photo and their manager (sorry didn't get the name) completed the order in less than 2 hours. Thank you to the entire Walgreens team !!!!
