“I'll have to say I wish I have used SOCU many years ago. I first learned about them thru a New Vehicle loan. I then used them when I traded it in for another vehicle and all the transactions I've ever had are smooth. It's nice to be using them because if I call them they always have the answers I need or will direct me to the proper person.I've never had a CU where I can call and get car loan, Unsecured loan, personal loan all over the phone in a hour tops. Other banks or credit unions it takes days if not weeks to get a answer. Here it's like it's everyone is a priority to them. But again this is why I'll never bank with big corp banks or credit unions because they do not care about the lil people. So thank you for being a great service provider for my banking needs.Please ignore all the negative comments, SOCU you Rock”
