Bought furniture in 2021 and purchased the warranty on it. Had an issue a year later and it as handled promptly. Same issue again only new management at Curly's.... contacted them March 5th and they stated it needed to be fixed. Haven't heard a word. Followed up on the 23RD was asked for best contact number even though they have it I gave it to them. It's the 28th and no contact from them at all. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I'd give zero stars if it would let me

Trenton was an incredible help. He took the time out to go over layout options and different types of furniture options and ultimately led to an incredible pair of couches. The movers were awesome as well. Job well done!

Bought a corner tv stand with fireplace. The price was right and seems like good quality. The 2 delivery guys were great. They took the time to show us how the fireplace works, explained what to do if we have any problems. Two thumbs ? up to Derek and Blake.

We have purchased through Curly's twice - the first time being in November, 2019 (the good ol' days) and again in 2020. We have also referred our friends, neighbors and family to Curly's and those that purchased from Curly's were equally happy and impressed.We purchased the Eltmann sectional with chaise lounge and additional section for seating, Lewis table set, a kitchen set, a queen bedroom set for our son and eventually a queen set for our daughter.We paid a bit extra the first time for delivery but they were willing to take our old sectional with them and discard it for us. That was a huge win.It's important for everyone reading these reviews (good or bad) to understand that Curly's is a seller, not the manufacturer. Here's why:When our son's bedroom set was delivered, one of the drawers didn't fit right. I reached out to Curly's, we troubleshooted the issue and they offered to order a new drawer at no cost. After looking at it a bit more, we realized the issue was with the dresser itself and not the drawer. Curly's guys came back out, picked up the dresser, repaired it and brought it back. It was great. We also had a small issue with the wood frame on part of the sectional. Same thing - Curly's came out, picked it up and repaired it for us - again - all for no charge.We also experienced a tear in the cushion from the dogs acting like idiots playing on it. When I called and asked how much to replace the cover, it showed up via FedEx a day or two later and there was no charge. Mind you - we had no extended warranty and the damage was caused by our dogs. Curly's owed us nothing and they still took care of it for us. It was so unexpected and kind of them.Fast forward 3.5 years. Yes - 3.5 years after we received our furniture. One of our dogs tore another one of our sectional covers. It wasn't a big deal until one of them decided they wanted to shred up the cushion and destroy it. And oh boy destroy it did they ever.I reached out to Curly's, explained what happened and that we needed a price to replace the cushion. Curly's replaced the cushion for us at no cost. Again - they didn't have to do anything for us since it's been so long since we purchased but they took care of us.We live in New Lenox and have previously purchased from a place that rhymes with "Marvin." Curly's offerings, pricing, delivery AND customer service is second to none. If you want to work with honest, caring people and walk away with a great deal, give them your business. We are so glad we did.

One of the cushions to my brand new sectional got ruined. I called Jay and explained my situation and what had happened. He was so very understanding and stated he would take care of it and ordered me a new cushion. I could not have been more relieved!! What a wonderful business . I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase new furniture. The service is just wonderful Very happy that I made my purchase with Jay @ Curlys Furniture

I just bought a brand new sectional and was initially very pleased. I moved in to a new place and had the couch delivered right before thanksgiving. The next day when I actually had the chance to sit on the couch the main cushion for the chaise section of my couch, the zipper that holds everything is broken and the cover for it is coming off of it and lifting. I’ve been calling at least 3 times a week since having it delivered to even try and speak with someone about the issue. I’ve left several messages for someone to call me back and have had absolutely no results whatsoever. I bought from them because my parents had a good experience with them but if this is how it’ll go for mine I will never be shopping here again. For spending as much money as I did on the couch and this is what I get now. Not happy whatsoever

Blake and Derek delivered my furniture. They delivered as promised and did the set up very courteous. If there was a problem they let me know. I will ask for them to deliver the next time I order from Curlys. Great customer service from the 2 of them.
