Had a bad wheel bearing and needed it fixed, called last week and had an appointment the following Tuesday. My car is fixed and is riding beautifully, with no grinding or metal scraping sounds. Nothing but good things to say about Star Ford, Streator IL. Communication between service and myself was impeccable, as well.
