Verizon offers excellent service with helpful staff who make customers feel valued. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable representatives who assist with plan upgrades, helping to lower bills, and resolving issues such as activation problems. Staff members are patient and willing to look into problems, including changing phone models and activating new SIM cards. Customers also find the staff friendly and non-pushy, creating a positive experience. While some wish prices and selection were available online or with quicker access, overall, Verizon provides a good shopping experience with attentive service and support.
Excellent service. When I went in for an upgrade, the rep was able to get my bill to drop by about $40 due to reconfiguring my plan. Would definitely recommend.
