I have called and came into the pharmacy multiple times in the past 2 weeks to pick up my prenatal prescription, every single time I’m told a time it will be ready and it’s not ready at that time, then my insurance constantly needs updated in the system every time apparently their system isn’t saving the information? Horrible pharmacy and definitely switching to Kroger’s, not to mention the rude pharmacy techs that where not only rude to my mother but myself as well

I had three medications that Walgreens said we're ready for pick up. I only got one. this has happened multiple times. Never had this problem with streator drugs.

Waited at the perfume counter for 20 minutes for assistance. Had 2 employees look directly at me. Waited another 10 minutes and walked out. Waste of time!! Hopefully Ottawa’s has better customer service.

I had major surgery and was discharged from the hospital on friday. the doctor wrote the script I could have my drug every 6 hours for 30 days instead of writing 120 tablets for 30 days so the pharmacy could not fill the drug. which was not Walgreens fault but when I called the after hours hotline for my doctor they said the pharmacist would have to page my Dr. the pharmacist said he only left a message didn't page him like I asked and he exhausted all his resources to help me. thank goodness for Walmart. they were not rude to me, they contacted my doctor even though the Walgreens pharmacist "couldn't." I work in health care and I wouldn't treat anyone the way I was treated at Walgreens. I hope if you go there for prescriptions you are treated better

Conversation with pharmacist at Walgreens Streator, IL this morning: Me: I need to return these meds for my wife. You gave her the wrong meds. Pharmacist: we cannot accept returns on medications. Me: but you gave her the wrong medication Pharmacist: I’m sorry but we cannot accept returns on medications.

Don't expect good customer service here. Don't waist your time using their pharmacy. The people are here just for a paycheck not to make sure things go right. They do not pay attention to detail, we were given wrong medication once, they lost a medication, they don't take their time to fix any issues and would rather you just go away than deal with any of it.
