Needed something last minute, went here based on the hours, an hour before they closed on a Tuesday, all doors were locked, but the sign was still on, maybe wrong hours online. Inconvenient

Ace Hardware Sugar Grove is the best Ace I’ve used. Their customer service is top notch and they carry the Tuffy brand dog toys that are hard to find and our dog can’t destroy. I recently purchased a grill online for store pickup. I took it home and realized I bought the natural gas version instead of propane. I called them and they offered to deliver the propane grill and pick up the natural gas one for the return. This saved me a big headache of having to load it again. I will definitely be using them more in the future and would recommend them to all my friends and family!

Clean store. Very friendly staff, most of the time. I'm sad to see Gail go. She was my Monday morning smile. However, it looks like there is a bright new smile who is just a pleasure to deal with! Was fairly knowledgeable and made me laugh throughout my transaction on a rough morning. I'll come here over a big box store anyday.

Family owned business that has an "old school" hardware store attitude in knowing where everything is, what might help with the job, etc. Even the young associates seem to have a caring attitude. First time in this ACE but will definitely return.

Purchased a riding mower at Sugar Grove Ace. The store was slightly outside of the delivery range but the store owner and an Ace corporate guy who happened to be at the store worked with me to get the mower home! Very knowledgable on the technical specs of the mower as well. True to its moto, definitely the helpful place. This is what keeps me coming back.

Desiree is a new face and a great addition! So smiley and friendly. This Ace is my favorite spot for our home needs. I've never had an issue finding products, everyone is so helpful and it's pet friendly. Great small business. I'm happy to support.
