“It’s Prom season. And…I get the great idea to get three suit pants altered, one tuxedo cleaned and alterations to the pants and vest plus patches applied to two pants. That’s Multiple alterations. During Prom Season.
Well, the name speaks for itself. ALL Of My Alterations were completed within four days and during a very busy season. This Place Is Perfect and the owners are some of the nicest. “This small dry cleaner might be the least costly in the area. The cashier is always respectful and it's right in between a Mexican burger place and a Mexican ice cream place (yum). The only downside is their hours of operation and their turnaround time. They don't do same day, and usually ask me for a 3 day turnaround. Also, if you can't make it there during your lunch break, you'll never have time to drop off or pick since they're only open from 8 to 4.”

“If you want a dry cleaner who treats you like a person and not just a ticket number, Prestige Cleaners is it. Mario, the manager, is one of the kindest, hardest-working people I’ve met. I’ve come in late four separate times after my commute back from Chicago, needing suits, shirts, and ties cleaned and pressed for packed weeks of meetings and interviews. Mario hit every deadline, did the work himself to cover a last-minute change on my end on multiple occasions.
No other dry cleaner I’ve worked with or called would even consider something like that. He doesn’t even give it a second thought.
This isn’t a rush-it-through-the-press operation. The work is genuinely excellent. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on how crisp my suits look. I travel for work and I’m in the Chicago area often, and I won’t go anywhere else. Mario is one of a kind.”

“Great service, great people. Came in without a appointment on Thursday, asked for a suit jacket and pants clean with a little sewing for a belt ring that snapped. Picked it up today for just 22 and they even gave me a complimentary tie for free. Will be coming back here for the future, definitely recommend.”
“I have a student at Kaneland High School, and Bright Cleaners has a deal with the school that you can bring the Madrigal costumes and Bella Vice dresses into this cleaners and get them cleaned for $10 ea. So I have been doing this even though I live in another town. What I love MOST though are the owners, so polite, so personable, really fun to talk to. What a great family business! HIGHLY recommended! LOVE this place.”

I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner for a while and they’re always reliable. My clothes come back perfectly cleaned — never shrunk or damaged — and the pricing is very fair. Everyone here is kind and welcoming every time I walk in. Today, they even went above and beyond by accommodating me after closing at 4pm on a Saturday when I was in a pinch. “I dryer stopped working. So I was able to wash our clothes at home. But we had to take them to the laundromat to dry them. We have washed and dried our comforter here before and decided to try them again. We are really impressed on how clean they keep this laundromat. The clean the washing machines and the dryers. Also we saw someone sweeping while we were there. Nice place to go to.”
“They actually use starch for shirts which is hard to find dry cleaners that do. I've used 4 different dry cleaners in the past year have asked many many times to starch my shirts and couldn't get any of them to do it. This one does.”

“Awesome cleaners! They have next day cleaning and saved my life this holiday weekend getting my suit done for a funeral I have on Monday. Went to the tide cleaners first next door. One they lied on the phone saying they could do it, and then when I got there told me I could get it Monday after 5pm. Outlet Cleaners had no problem and provided awesome service. “I haven't been to a laundromat in 20 years but had some rags to wash for my work. Kathleen was so nice and patient while showing me how their system works. Free soap was an added plus and it was super clean.”
“This one is definitely a little rough around the edges but the dryers are FREE!
The MEGA machine (the largest) is 38 quarters.
The JUMBO machine is 28 quarters.
The GRAND machine is 24 quarters.
The BIG machine is 20 quarters.
There is always and attendant on duty to help with the machines, change, etc.
Please note: This particular laundromat has machines that operate exclusively on cash/ quarters. They do not use credit/ debit cards.”
“Idk what’s with all these sensitive women giving 1 stars… lol but I’ve been using this business since 2011 from military uniforms that have to have chevrons within reg etc added to dress pants being altered and jeans being altered and I’ve had nothing but good service ??♂️ some of yall need to grow a spine and understand the world doesn’t revolve around you.”

“I was cautious bringing my favorite faux fur coats there but the manager (Sophie?) was so nice and helpful. She was patient and really took the time to assure me that everything would be fine. She even tried calling me during the week. If I owned a company, I would hire her in about 5 seconds. Even though it I further from my house than other dry cleaners, will bring all of my dry cleaning here. I also like that their cleaning solutions are more environmentally friendly. Great place and fantastic manager!”
