I reached out to Midwest Storage after seeing a unit in another local driveway. From the beginning, I was impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. The unit was delivered/picked up promptly, clean, and placed correctly. The Bluetooth lock and associated phone app worked immediately the first time i tried it, and every time after. This was my first time using a mobile storage unit service, and I would not hesitate to reach out to Midwest again in the future. Thank you!

The best crew in town. I called several movers but chose Midwest Mobile since I got up front honest information. They did me a big favor by moving just a few oversized items which some companies did not want to do. They were reliable, quick and no surprises on the cost. This crew was awesome!! Family business with excellent service. I rented a pod from them to move my furniture out for some remodeling being done. They were quick , on time and so reasonable. Couldn’t ask for a more accommodating moving storage company. Jeff answered all my questions. My furniture fit in a 20 container. Storage was perfect, since my move was delayed. Once I got my new place, they dropped of the container snd helped me with emoting it out. Price was right and so convenient. My stuff secure. Would highly recommend to anyone moving.

Jeff and Scott are absolutely amazing guys. Very professional, prompt, unexpected kindness made our move run so much smoother. The container was large for a two-bedroom plus three additional room home . So easy to use the Bluetooth Master Lock. Definitely will recommend, and use in the future if needed. Thanks again you guys are wonderful.

Jeff and Scott were excellent partners during my recent move. They’re timely, responsive and did what they said they’d do. Their mobile storage unit was clean, spacious , well constructed and water tight. With the use of their self-leveling lift not a single item, box or bin shifted during the transport. The 20 ft storage unit was more than enough space to handle my move. The extra space allowed me to pack it with ease and with less stress.I’d highly recommend Midwest Mobile Storage. Jeff and Scott understand their business and know their customer’s needs, especially around Closing dates and times.Moving is stressful enough, but they made the moving/storage portion a breeze.

Great experience! Jeff was very helpful. Midwest Mobile brought the storage unit out to our house and easily moved it into a small space. On moving day they moved it to our new house and left it for us to unload as we could. The service was excellent. In my opinion worked much better than a storage unit! Much more convenient! Thank you Jeff!!

Jeff and Scott were the nicest people. They were very responsive to my emails and very patient with us during this whole process. The pods they offer are amazing and come with a really neat lock that you can unlock using your phone. They were quick to drop off and pick up. I was trying to get a pod through a corporate company (I wont name who) and I would have had to waited like 2 weeks for one, but luckily I found Midwest Mobile Storage and they got a pod out to me the next day! Super convenient and affordable. I highly recommend and have already referred to a lot of my friends who are thinking of moving.Thanks again Jeff snd Scott!
