Went here for the 1st time today since my usual pet store is being remodeled. The lady running the store was very nice and knowledgeable. The prices were cheaper than my other store as well. Very clean and organized!

Stopped in to get a harness and canned food for my dog that had just had surgery at the VCA nearby. Had an issue with the cans of food but I was contacted right away and credited on a holiday. I didn’t mean to create a ruckus, it’s been a stressful week with an injured dog. Thank you for making it right!

I went in with my dog tonight and she was being so stubborn! The man working walked me out to my car so I could leave her in there and shop! Customer service at its finest. (Dog pictured below)
