I don’t feel like asking for names today but it’s 1:12 PM on September 14 Monday, 2026 and the two ladies were very helpful and kind. Made my day. Yippee

Nichole. I believe correct spelling. Walked in and could see she had rough day from look in her eyes but was friendly, helpful, and got me in and out. Probably best experience with shipping at ups store I've had. Ya'll be nice to her.
