Such horrible customer service! Do not rent from this business! More than doubled the rent in less than a year and went to cancel the unit and asked them about pro-rating my unit since leaving early and they won't pro-rate if you move out early. Such crooks!! I wish I could give them a zero. I would rather give my business to a business that cares about their tenants.

Having the website to process payment is great and so easy. I was able to do all this living 2500 miles away. This is a great format.

During times of uncertainty and economic struggle, this company decided to buy the storage units and then raise its rates all at once causing my yearly premium to go up nearly $1000.00 without any added amenities, like power or security. When asked if that would be possible with the rate increase I was given a generic response about the cost being related to upkeep, (buildings are new). Having been a tenant for many years and be being treated kindly by the previous owner it’s been hard to leave. It’s also been sad to see a company take over with only “greed”as their agenda and motto. But hey ! I Guess that’s the “American Way” !Lots of us have already moved out and will continue too as our leases expire! Sorry Sullivan ! American Way has gotten glutinous and left us without a helping.

Absolutely horrible!!! They buy a storage company and automatically double the rates. They use the excuse that they put up cameras, what a joke. Have already canceled our overpriced storage unit and found one much cheaper! It's typical that a greedy company comes in and over pays and then expects the customer to pay it off.

American Way Storage has been very helpful for me for several years. Their billing is streamlined auto pay every month with email and text notifications. My storage unit is very accessible and parking lot is well maintained. I would recommend American Way Storage.

I couldn't believe how fast and convenient the rental process was. I haven't even stepped foot on the property as I'm just now heading out the house to put a lock on the rental door.
