6/13/25 ordered online 2 crispy chicken sandwich's and I took the pickles off of the menu because I wanted them fresh! Message read that order would be ready in 15 minutes. Drove across the street to fuel up and the order was ready in 5 minutes. Got back in truck and opened the wrapper just to see and the sandwich's were cold and both had pickles on them! The chicken sandwich's are really good but not when they have been on a warmer rotisserie for 3 or 4 hours. Chalk it up for lazy employees trying to pull a fast one and PP management.

Don't work here 1 out of 10 don't recommend. Unless you want to be harassed. The boss will not stick up for you and the other assistant boss will throw you attitude.

Trying to order a pizza on the automated service is a joke! When I asked to talk to someone I ordered my taco pizza. The guy i was talking to acted as if it was an inconvenience to speak to me. Taco pizzas are SUPPOSED to come with refried beans, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce and chips. When I got home it was a sausage pizza with a handful of nasty lettuce thrown on and nothing else! My receipt said no tom and no chips. Ridiculous!

Ordered pizzas for delivery went in because they were late and the girl in the kitchen wanted to cuss at me and argue with me about my order im not sure what her name was but she had black hair in a bun so now here we are over 2 hrs wait time because when I went in they hadn't even started my order which is already paid for

Worst pizza service ever. So about 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza and was given a time, went in there on the time it was a still 2 hours wait, so all together it was 3 hours, I got a free pizza coupon, when to redeem it today, waited an hour, went there, no pizza, they took my order and cut it up for the display. Sullivan's Caseys is a no go for take out!!!!
