I have received terrible customer service from this branch. I completely understand there are procedures they have to follow, but to be so terrible when you are dealing with a customer that's been with FM for over 20 years? Three different times I've experienced poor service. I highly recommend the staff complete a training course on how to treat customers. The rudeness from this location has made my decision on closing all three of my accounts and going elsewhere.

My husband and I just opened an account recently with a sizable amount of money. All the people we spoke to were very nice and polite. The problem I have is when I received my statement there was a charge of $34.80 for 100 standard checks. I was rather surprised due to the other bank (credit unpin) we deal with, there is _no charge for standard checks. I also thought that was very high for only standard checks. Had they been the colored ones with things printed on them I would not have said anything.

Expect long hold times when trying to speak with customer service.Do not call an hour before they close, they will say anything to get you off the phone. The online banking is the worst I have ever experineced.When making payments online, they physically mail a check and cannot process your payment for at least 4- 5 days. When I posed a question about not being able to enter in the routing number to the bank and account i needed to send funds to, I was told...You just have to try it and see. Thanks for calling. Have a good day.If you value good online banking service and headache free, prompt processing, stear clear.I would have given 1 star, but the tellers in the Sullivan branch are friendly and professional. This was the only reason they receive 2 stars.

Tried to withdrawal $600 cash from my checking account at the ATM. Machine said it didn't have enough money in it to fulfill that request... an ATM with less than $600 in it? ???In reply to the "owners" recent response:So although my checking account says i can withdrawal $600 a day, your ATM can only support withdrawls of $500? ?
