We were looking for a replacement for our minivan and came across a Bronco on their website. At the time, the minivan was at their Sullivan shop.
I called the dealership and spoke to Jalon. He informed me that the vehicle was in Decatur, but could have someone go get it and have it in Sullivan by the time I got there. It took a little longer than that, but not much.
Jalon was great to work with. He was very attentive to our needs, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. We will definitely consider working with him for future vehicles.

Loved the salesman sam but kinda screwed me over with my car having this many issues starting the moment i pulled off the lot and basically told me they can’t do anything about it because of the miles.

Beware, they do not honor the price quoted on the phone. I inquired about a set of Michelin run flats for my BMW. I was quoted a price of $1585.02, mounted, balanced with alignment. They were not able to perform the alignment.When I went to pay for the tires, the price was actually higher than quoted ($1591.85) and that was without the alignment. The service advisor denied quoting me the price.I will never do business with this establishment again.

Watched them fire there detailer. Had to go back twice to get it done and I still had to have the man who sold my car to me finish it . On too of that. My car had dirty oil and 1000 miles over due. They never did a safety check when I bought the car . $93.07 later. Never will buy a car from them. My Car also came with no spare tire and had to threaten them just to get one. HORRIBLE SERVICE CENTER.

Will not be back.Bought a car here from Doug in 2017. They were really great at working with me.In 2021 ai started getting calls and texts from one of their sales people as late as midnight. How unprofession is it to text a potential client at mignight?In Nov of 2021 I decided I wanted to sell my car so I called and spoke with the same sales person that was texting me at midnight. Their name was Gunner. He was supposed to call me back that day with a quote. Never called. I sold my car a few days later and got what it was worth. Guess they dont want your business even after they bug you at all hours of the night for a year saying they want to buy your vehicle!

Just recently had to get a new Vehicle and went into Jackson’s and worked with Jalon, he was great on getting us into what we wanted! I would recommend him to anyone looking into buying a new vehicle at Jackson’s. I look forward to working with him again in the future
