Put $12 in for nice wash and entered as usual but it never started washing. After backing up a little and trying again... nothing. I had to back completely out and try again using another $9. It worked this time but I lost $12.

This place sucks. Owners are rude and obnoxious people. Place needs shut down. Horrible behavior by the owners.

Business has not updated the phone number for this business since they bought it roughly 15 years ago. The phone number that everyone calls when they have an issue belongs to a friend of mine; not the businesses.
