My husband went into the Sullivan IL store to replace his phone. He worked with Ronald who was super friendly and helpful. We have always had fantastic service at this store and will continue to visit for any future needs.

Ordered new phone online and was struggling to get it set up. Went to the store and Ron was more than willing to help me. He had me set up with the new phone in no time.
He gave me a tutorial on how to reset the old phone to return it for trade in and I was able to get it done without any problems.
He helped me pick out a new screen protector, phone case and wall charger for my specific needs. Ron was very helpful and I will definitely recommend him to anyone.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but Jordan in the Sullivan Verizon Phone Store deserves all the stars! He is so good at his job. He is patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile to meet customer needs and is always pleasant and calm even when the surrounding environment is not. Kudos Jordan!

Jordan was very nice and knowledgeable. Explained things so that I could understand. He is patient and kind. Very professional dealing with clients in a very busy business. Especially since he was there alone with no help. He didn’t let it rattle him. We got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Definitely will recommend and we will be back.
