“I was weak and unable to stand up on my walker to wait for the VanGo bus to pick me and my homemaker back up for me to return home. My homemaker asked for a stool for me to sit down in the lobby, and the postal worker provided me one to sit on until the bus came.”

“It's a typical small town location. I often have to call out for an employee, but people are always available and nice. I even went here during the height of Covid when we had to form a line outside and go in one at a time. I've seen worst post offices”

“I used to live in the city of St. Louis. Highland post office is so very good compared to the city. I have never experienced a problem with Highland post office and the people are very nice. the city post offices are awful”
