I went into this store and found a small line of 2-3 people ahead of me. The guy working there, Allison, was so efficient! He got everyone taken care of so fast- I think I waited 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone that left before me was happy with their service and thanked him while he walked them out. When he got to me he was so pleasant. He helped me call around to schedule a phone repair, (which I could've done myself, but he ended up doing it for me) showed me new phone options without pressuring me to buy something now or making the explanations overwhelming/sales pitch-y, and helped me make the billing adjustments I needed. Literally, I have never had a better store experience with a phone company ever, and this guy is definitely helping AT&T retain it's customers through annoying phone and billing situations. Thanks, Allison!

The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse and compare options. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of reliable phone and internet services. 10/10!!!

I hate AT&T. They’ve gotten too big at the expense of their customer service, which in my opinion continues to suffer and fall short of the service provided by yesteryear. But then I walked into the store at Archer & Harlem in Chicago / Summit. I was greeted and had the good fortune of being helped by Christian. I had spent the morning not getting anywhere w/At&T on the phone, so I went to a local store. After listening to my concerns and my objective, Christian sprang into action. He identified problems with my account and was able to resolve every issue to my satisfaction. I walked out a very happy camper with all my questions answered. I appreciate his professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, working experience and his resourcefulness. You got a keeper there AT&T — you’d better recognize!

Allison, store manager, was attentive, knew what the solution was and was able to effectively multitask by working with two different groups of people at the same time. This is the only ATT store I will commit to going to. Thank you, Allison!
