Place is awesome. The manager Brian McDonald is absolutely fantastic! Went well above and beyond to help us with our issues. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. This guy definitely needs a raise!! Just because of him I'm going to make this my specific store.

Store Employee tested my starter it tested "failed". I was surprised because I just rebuilt my starter and asked him to test it again and this time I watched him doing it.This employee connected ground to the arm on the machine instead directly to the starter and there is rubber on the arm holding the starter and power couldn't flow to starter! I told him this is wrong and asked him to hook up negative directly to starter and result was "PASS"This was experienced employee... Doing it as hi did incorrect way every starter will fail, are they doing this purposely so they can sell you their stuff??Not cool AutoZone!!!!!Contacted auto zone as they wanted me to and One month later nobody respondedJust Bad company!!!
