It was easy to find and a quick place to load. Pull in first or 2nd drive and park across from semi trailer that says shipping and recieving on it..dont park in the middle lanes until you're loading. They have to seal you once you're done.

Great guys! My appointment was scheduled for 3 PM. I arrived at 8 AM, and within 10 minutes they gave me a door, and an hour later I was loaded. Huge thanks to them!

Easy to get to, right off I55. Plenty of room to back in to park (has overnight parking) and to get into docks.
Break schedules are posted at office check in. 30 min every 2 hrs.
Clean restroom. Nice office staff.

It can be good stop for the fact that I sat a door from the time I was called at 10:30 till 1pm. You enter at the second entrance and park Along the tracks to your immediate right. The office is next to the doors you’ll be docking at. Check in on the ipad and they’ll give you a ring. I sat at the door with a green light waiting for a call till I went up myself and the paperwork was ready. so if you get a green light wait a few minutes and go and check at the office to see your not forgotten/bills are ready.

Not a great experience. Was late because shipper loaded late. Late fee after late fee. Then waiting 12 hours to get unloaded. I would advise against going to this place. No concern from them other then tough, your late. You will continue to be late all week.
