I called the shop on a Sat to see if I could bring my car in to be look at ... a very nice guy told me Mon would be better after 12 pm and the shop would check out my car , give me an estimate just come on by . Took off work on monday to bring to them
So on Mon I decided to call just to make sure it was ok, so glad I did , Because a different man said- oh no , oh no you cannot wait for your car to be looked at You MUST make an appointment , leave your car there , there is absolutely no waiting there .. NEW POLICY
Well this is really silly , most people are not arranging for car rides etc to have their car looked at first
what if its simple as an oil change ? Better yet if you need an oil change what shop doesnt let you wait.. Im local and the owners family always advertise in local Palos groups reccomending them , I will quickly let everyone know my exp when I see reccomendations
please dont have your service people say its ok, when its not

Once Again I Had Several Dilemmas Wrong With My Truck, I Needed To Pass The Emission Test Before 11/30/25 Before My Registration Expired. I Got Rejected, 😭. I Had 10 Bad Codes On There W/ The Check Engine Light On. Just All Bad So Once And I Took It To Sam & His Brother Oz, They Made Me Feel Comforted As Always, That I Was In Good Hands With Them And They Would Check It Out For Me. They Had My Truck For Two Days .. TO MY SURPRISE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS OFF!! PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND GOD KNOWS I WAS ALREADY EXPERIENCING PERSONAL LIFE ISSUES AND HE LISTEN 👂. WHILE I PAID, I PASS THE EMISSIONS TEST AND GOT MY REGISTRATION AND STICKER!! ALSO I AM A WOMAN AND A WOMAN OF COLOR AND I ALWAYS GET TOP NOTCH TREATMENT HERE.. BRING UR VEHICLES HERE AND I PROMISE YOU THEY WILL NO DISAPPOINT 🤞☺️🙌

This place is great! I went to a different place before coming to top notch they told me nothing was wrong with my car and cleared codes, I went ahead to top notch and they told me the truth about everything and got everything fixed. I’ve been working with Sam his customer service is wonderful and he will tell you everything with truth and will ask when you need your car and try and get it to you as soon as possible. All I have to say is that the service is wonderful!!
