Windy City Auto Spa And Wheels is a highly regarded hand car wash establishment known for its exceptional service and quality work. Customers consistently praise the fair prices, great customer service, and the meticulous attention to detail in their detailing services, including scratch removal and polishing of lights. The business is praised for its thorough approach, with attendants taking the time to ensure a comprehensive clean rather than rushing through. While one customer noted concerns about potential swirls or scratches due to the wash mitt not being rinsed frequently, the majority of reviews highlight the incredible job the team does in making cars look "absolutely gorgeous" and "beautiful" after the "Gold work" is completed. Despite a minor complaint about a painful beeping fire alarm for a customer with a disability, the overall sentiment towards Windy City Auto Spa And Wheels is overwhelmingly positive, with the business being highly recommended for its reliable and high-quality auto detailing services.
