I was visiting from louisville Ky my child hood friend and i decided to go to DG in Sumner Illinois to get some items for her recipe she's making her family so we drive there can you say clean organized and everything stocked no boxes in isles like most I've went too there very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend anyone to go shop there the mileage is definitely worth it!!!!

I've been in way too many Dollar generals over the last 2 weeks across the United States. This one, by far, is the cleanest. not only isles and boxes wise but also shelves organized and straightened. It actually improved my mood after being in the car all day.

I visited the store around 840 pm.. said hi when I entered one lady had her head down on pupes..other one was sitting down..by time I got done was 909.. I didn't know they closed at 9.. no one even announced they were closing.. brought my stuff to check out.. no one so know on the shoes at register.. lady came up said they were closed. Told her you weren't when I came in.. she wouldn't let me buy any of what I had.. so went to Sumner store where they would. .this is not professional at all!!

This store is very clean, a nice variety to choose from. The manager is great. I personally enjoy the seasonal aisle of this store. Parking is easy and navigating the store is as well.
