“I want to give a big shout out to this shop. We only had a few days until a big bike trip and needed a new bike for my wife. It was Memorial Day and a lot of shops were closed. After driving around town a Google search led me to The Cyclery, which was 40 mins away. I called and learned they were closing in 2 hours. We decided to make the trip and drove out there. Even though it was a holiday and they were closing in an hour; all the employees were nothing but nice and generous with us. They listened to our needs and recommended several bikes to test. She found a bike she liked right at closing. We told them that we would come back and buy it in the next couple of days, but they were willing to stay and finish the sale with us. We weren't asking them to stay late for us, but it was a huge benefit for us since we don't like close (not even same state!).

Top to bottom our experience was first class. We weren't being upsold bikes/parts we didn't want/need. They listened and gave us reasonable options and gave us no pressure to buy. I let me wife pick out the bike she wanted and they went out of their way to make it happen. I will gladly drive there first next time I need a bike.”
