Although, I did not need it as I thought, that made a huge difference on why I stay with them and give top A1, to this credit union. They are known for looking into the Matter, presented. And known for finding the Truth and showing their Customer exactly in order, A, B, C.”
“A strong recommend. Very down to earth for a banking institution. We got our mortgage through them (they service them through First Integrity, a very highly rated company across the river in Missouri) and they were very honest about where the mortgage would be transferred to. The rate was hands down the best I saw anywhere and the fees were even better. The regular dividends on their accounts are also fantastic.”

They were super kind, super friendly, and very helpful when we requested that the lien release be electronically delivered to him. Terri even recommended some places for us to look in regard to a new vehicle, and Tatiana talked to us about some of their products available to us without being super salesy. I appreciated that! However; after our last experience I’ll be coming to the Walmart location from here on out. We’ve been banking with first community for over 4 years now and never given a card until our last visit at this location with Doug. This now will make our trips quicker and easier. It’s blew my mind no one has ever given us one before then. Highly recommended banking with them.”
