I can't say enough good things about working with Martin Financial Services. They had done our personal taxes in the past, but last year we ventured into new territory and purchased a business. We had no idea where to start, so we reached out and met with Chris. Working with Chris and Monica have been a game changer for our business. They are both very knowledgable and responsive when we have any questions. I can't thank them enough for all that they've done for us.

In few words my business taxes where file late , had to pay lots of fees because they keep going on vacations and not responding to calls ,all communications is by email , I also ended paying large amounts of money in taxes because they neglected to deducted some expenses, my reconcile was off balance... after all I hire a new accountant to fix the last two year of taxes .

I've been doing my tax returns for my wife and me for more than 50 years. Usually, it would take me a week to get all the forms and try to plug them into TurboTax and hope I got it right. This year I decided to have a professional CPA prepare my taxes. A friend referred me to Chris Martin. I gathered my forms, prepared a long list of questions I needed answered, and headed to Swansea to meet Chris. WOW, what great professional experience. Chris walked my wife and me through all the forms and paperwork, in less than an hour. All questions answered. Chris has a large computer monitor, we could watch him enter the data, and asked questions as he entered the data. I believe he saved us about $2,000, by entering the data into the proper forms. Overall, personable, professional and quick. I'll be back again next year.

Never provided tax paperwork. Made me late on paying state taxes which caused additional fees. Months later still never recieved tax paperwork.
