How does your pharmacist sleep at night knowing that they wouldn’t take the vaccine but is now slowly killing a patient from the clot shot administered by them?

Went there to fill my son prescriptions. The staff told the insurance only cover some of it and copay will cost me more than $200 for wexila inhaler n albuterol inhaler…… guess what ! At the end I found out they didn’t run the insurance and the manager said they can’t refund it . It’s just a lie which can trick a customer to pay more . Never go back to cvs really bad experience:(

I have never been made to feel like a criminal filling a script for a surgery before. The male pharmacy tech was so judgemental today when I took in my scripts. I miss the old staff that knew the people who were regulars at this location.

I use to buy my prescriptions from Schuck's Pharmacy in Swansea, Illinois. My last purchase was during the transition to CVS Pharmacy at the Schnuck's store on September 5th., 2020 I had FIVE prescriptions refilled at a cost total of all five, $46.26. I refilled these very same FIVE prescriptions, name, quantity and mg on December 3rd., 2020 and the cost with the CVS price plan increased by $172.85. Total bill was $219.11 for the very same five prescriptions. What a mark up!

Worst service ever. I've had a prescription at Schnucks. Have had several refills. Suddenly, because incompetent bureaucratic CVS taking over, they can't fill my prescription. I'm livid. Avoid this pharmacy. Total incompetence!!!!!!! Oh, they can fill my script for 10 days and then I'd have to come back to store to again expose myself to get another refill. FYI, my doctor ordered 90 days and I'm at risk.

This pharmacy needs to be held accountable for its actions or better yet lack of action. We have been using this pharmacy for years. I would like to say it has gotten better. But it seems to only be getting worse. My daughter's meds were called in from doctors office to be filled, one was new script. I received notification that the prescriptions were ready to be picked up. I get to the pharmacy and am told that all the meds for my daughter were placed on hold. I asked why and the response was I don't know. I'm then told I will have to wait 45mins for the meds to be filled. While I'm waiting I ask about other meds I'm supposed to be picking up and the tech/clerk gets mad for me even asking. Then I notice a man bring a script in and get his filled in less than 10mins. So I ask how much longer mine will be since they filled his and said mine would take 45mins. She said she never said anything about it taking that long. Now she is talking loudly to other employees about me behind the counter about how I'm being ridiculous and how she has had enough. How is this acceptable at any place of business especially a pharmacy where is the sense of pride in one's work and how is treating customers this way acceptable. Management needs to do something. This isn't the way a pharmacy should be ran.

I have been using CVS for some time in CA, so when my new insurance provider had CVS as their preferred pharmacy, I was happy. However, this particular CVS is absolutely the worst. I have tried on several prescriptions and found them to take forever to get filled. The latest encounter was the best. After trying several times to get through to the pharmacy, I drove over to it, while still keeping the call open and still on hold. When I arrived I went to the pharmacy desk and sure enough, i heard the announcement in the pharmacy that there were three calls on hold. (One of these was mine). There were two people working there, both ignoring the repeated phone calls on hold alerts. Finally, one of the girls, Theresa, came over and asked what was going on. I was at the counter about five minutes being ignored with my cell phone blasting CVS commercials (now on hold for 25 minutes) I asked, Theresa, when she intended to answer those calls. She said, "we're busy." and ignored the calls on hold. I asked about my prescription and she said it was not ready yet. It was a prepackaged item and just needed a label. Five minutes later my prescription was filled. I asked what the priority was for attention. She said 1. (drive through) 2 (in store) 3 (phone). Ironically, the people on hold are totally clueless what is going on. in addition, Theresa, was rather snotty when I questioned her and asked for a manager. The manager, was not a manager, the actual manager was on vacation. She was a shift lead. She told me that everyone complains about the pharmacy and in desperation, call the front of the store. Then the request has be written down and carried to the pharmacy for an answer. This is a terrible pharmacy and I would suggest you take your business somewhere else. I sure am.

Cindi is an amazing pharmacist. I've seen many over the years, and none come close to her level. She's informative, knowledgeable, and caring. I wish she was the pharmacist at the Schnucks closer to me that way I would be able to interact with her more, but you know what they say, you can't always get what you want ? 10/10
