“My driver side door was not opening and closing properly. I had an accident two years prior and the repair was done by another shop. Now something was wrong with the door. I stopped in to DeKalb Sycamore Collision Center to get an estimate on repairs. I was met by Rick who instantly saw that the door was not opening and closing right. He saw that the screws holding the locking mechanism were missing and that the whole door was loose. I was expecting to have to make an appointment and come back to have it fixed. However Rick took my vehicle right in and made the repairs on the spot. In addition he checked the driver side rear door which also had missing screws and needed adjusting. He then checked all the door to ensure they were working properly. All this and no charge. Most anyplace else would have at least charged something. Rick and the staff are friendly, kind and just very nice people. I am very appreciative of his generosity and attention to detail. If and when I need any other repairs to my vehicles I will be coming to DeKalb Sycamore Collision Center. Outstanding people. Thank you Rick.”

“I needed a quick wash for my large pick-up truck. I stopped in and no waiting. They power wash the wheels and wheel wells. They removed the bugs on the windshield and front. Ran it through the car washer and dryer. Then they wiped down the whole truck. It looked awesome. The best part of the whole experience. It was done in 10 minutes. They charged me only 5.00 dollars. I tip the guy who wiped it down. When I found this. Now it's a weekly thing. I could not have done this by myself.
