I put an automater tachometer in a Chevy pickup 5 years ago and it lasted 1 year. I just put another brand new auto meter $200 tach in my Van and the front bezael just popped off driving down the road, but it does still work. I guess i'm happy about that.JUNK!

Innovate motorsportsAll I can say is -wow who hired the high school kids on the sales lines? I'm looking for a full data logging and gauge display setup for a supercharged off-road rig I'm building. I was hung up on, 2nd call a girl said they work from home and technical issues drop a lot of calls. That girl transferred me and after a total of 14 minutes (timer on my phone) I was transferred to a guy who strongly expressed the attitude of he could not care less.I gave up. I refuse to chuck thousands of dollars at a company this abysmal. Innovate motorsports motto: we make stuff, *yawn* if you want to buy it then go ahead, we really don't care one way or the other

I bought the 7005 dash for my Monte Carlo the first thing you need to do is update your info this dash it is made for a 78 to 87 you only list from 82 to 87 that's the ad you'll sell more once you correct your ad and I had problems with an intelltronx digital dash that could not be solved the AUTOMETER 7005 DASH WORKS GREAT HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT SOONER if your info would have been more informative as to the model of cars it covers but great product love it?

Horrible customer service. Takes forever to get a response via email. Dont try calling phone numbers cause the ones online are disconnected. I would never buy another thing from here buyer BEWARE!

Purchased A BVA 2100 battery tester, failed after 30 days, has now been out for " repairs" fo 4 months, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever.Have been left on hold 40 times so far.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Purchased the AirDrive dongle and three gauges. The dongle never would connect to the gauges. contacted AutoMeter through their online contact form twice. They never bothered contacting me back. Called their customer service department on the phone. They said I could send the dongle in for REPAIR. The dongle never worked from day one I told the customer service rep I wanted a new replacement dongle, he said no can do, only REPAIR. I am sending everything back including the gauges and getting my almost $1,000 back. Similar reviews on their own website which obviously they don't read.

I have three gauges from those guys and the first time I send a gauge for repair I regret buying them in the first place. Worst after sales and customer service EVER. Had to wait a month for the replacement and once received it was the wrong item and now have to wait another week and a half for the correct replacement ?and last time they told me a week and a half it took them a month to solve it. You guys lost a customer and the way you do stuff you gonna lose more. Zero professionalism

AutoMeter is simply the BEST gauge products around!! I have used nothing but their products for over 30 years and have nothing but superb service from them. I’ll admit, I haven’t had to contact them but a couple times for customer service, but I know that 2 times I did I was well taken care of. Bought a new 5” Tachometer and had problems with the shift light right from the start, called them about it and they had me send it infor repair. Last night was delivered a brand new tach in the box with everything to go with it!! No fuss no muss! Kuddos to AutoMeter and their great staff!!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited over a month for a replacement meter, still don't have it. Have spent almost 2 hrs combined on hold, and still can't get anyone to call me.
