Me and my son was coming home from Chicago on our way back to Cedar Rapids 3+ hours away and clearly no sign getting home but Ivan got us covered. No hesitation and came out and got underneath the car started his diagnosis on our problem figured out the issue and gave me a solution temporarily and even used his money on parts to help us out since I was low on funds. He was very concerned on us getting back home and clearly wanted me to get my boy home safe just as I did. Long story short we made it back home. He is an asset to the company.
