Recently went for services. Dropped off my car at 8am for an oil change and tire rotation and did not get it back for over four and a half hours. I confirmed additional repairs at 8:40am via their text/link. I called and the front desk was very kind. She tried to find any service member but could not. She offered for someone to call but I never received one. When I arrived a little after 10:00am without any communication, my car was sitting in the parking lot. I went in and waited to see what was going on. I know I went on a Saturday which makes it busier and I try to be very kind and understanding. When I got up to the desk, they had not completed any additional repairs that were confirmed nearly an hour and a half earlier. He asked if I was willing to wait. I was because I did not want to come back again. It was another hour and a half to two hours for the additional repairs. I also looked to confirm coupons I was sent by Kunes and was told they could not apply both (which can be understandable). Before leaving to wait more time for my car, I expressed some frustration but still tried to be kind. Again, I know it’s busy. Rather than apologize, all I was told was “you see what I’m dealing with” as he gestures to the other car keys. Thankfully, they completed the repairs in and hour and a half. When I went to pay, they did give 10% off the entire bill. I am thankful for that but I wished for better customer service. I’m sure this is compounded with past frustrations like giving my car back with low tire pressure on multiple occasions and taking hours (what seems to be longer than average) to complete repairs.
Update: Shortly after this review, Kunes was kind with an apology and offer for a free oil change. This Saturday I went and they honored their offer 3-4 months after sending it. I’m very thankful. Jaybee assisted me this time and was respectful. I will note that it took nearly 2 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Jaybee did apologize for the wait as they were “swamped” shortly after I dropped off my car.

Drove almost 2 hours and was not disappointed. Went home in a Hyundai Tuscon. Staff there were amazing, from sales to finance. My salesman Doug went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He even helped me to transfer my belongings from my old to the new vehicle in the rain. Another young salesman behind me was also helping me with answers to my questions and trying to reassure me I was buying a great vehicle. He even gave me his light pen to sign the deal. The ride was long but worth it. I would absolutely 💯 percent recommend this dealership to family and friends
